About the role

Airbus is launching a two‑year Graduate Logistics Project Management programme for recent graduates eager to develop a career in aerospace logistics. The programme combines on‑the‑job experience, rotational placements and a structured development journey to build technical, business and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement projects within Airbus Logistics and Warehouse organisation.
• Provide daily operational support in a multi‑program commercial aerospace manufacturing warehouse, contributing to the global supply chain.
• Learn and use SAP MES and other Airbus manufacturing IT tools.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and gain insight into global supply‑chain topics.
• Participate in rotational assignments across logistics operations, quality, and adjacent departments or sites.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain, logistics, engineering).
• 0‑3 years of experience or recent graduation in supply‑chain management or logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a drive for innovation.
• Self‑awareness and willingness to steer personal development.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP MES.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
