Graduate Assistant – School of Business (20 hrs/week)

About the role

The School of Business at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock seeks a Graduate Assistant to support faculty research, teaching, and student programming. This temporary, fixed‑term position offers 20 hours of work per week and provides valuable experience in an academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist faculty with research projects, data collection, and literature reviews.
• Support teaching duties, including class preparation, grading, and student assistance.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of student programming and support activities within the School of Business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by faculty or department staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Enrollment in, or good standing with, a graduate degree program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week with regular and reliable attendance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
