About the role

Offit Kurman is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Government Contracting Practice Group, serving clients across Maryland and Virginia.

Key responsibilities

Advise government contractors on compliance and regulatory issues related to federal contracts.
Draft and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Counsel clients on claims, disputes, equitable adjustments, and bid protests.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in government contracts.
Preferably experience in the construction industry.
