About the role

This Spring 2027 Co‑Op in Global Transportation offers hands‑on experience with a worldwide logistics network, supporting the movement of healthcare products across air, ocean, parcel and truckload modes. You will use transportation data to uncover trends, support execution and help modernize processes through reporting, automation and technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Help modernize transportation workflows by digitizing processes, creating dashboards and enabling adoption of transportation platforms.
• Support end‑to‑end shipment visibility, monitor key milestones, flag risks and provide actionable insights on lane performance and dwell time trends.
• Assist day‑to‑day transportation execution, monitor shipments, handle exceptions and contribute to on‑time delivery and carrier performance metrics.
• Validate freight invoices, research exceptions and improve audit accuracy.
• Maintain trade compliance tools, monitor documentation requirements and support export invoice preparation.

Required profile

• Completed freshman year and currently a sophomore or higher in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related program.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset able to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel pivot tables and lookups.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis or automation.
• Familiarity with automation/workflow tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, VBA or Power Apps.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for prompting and summarization.
