Global Product Content Specialist

About the role

As a Global Product Content Specialist at 3M, you will join the Integrated Marketing team to shape and deliver product content worldwide. You will work closely with portfolio marketing, demand generation, and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality content that supports the customer decision journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute the annual product content plan, aligning with the overall marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with portfolio marketing, demand generation, area activation, tech service and other stakeholders to develop content marketing strategies.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) collateral and content development with internal and external creative agencies.
• Develop, optimize, and approve content for product groupings (Base‑Variant) and ensure it supports global B2B product launches.
• Hand over global content to internal teams for correct website loading and channel distribution.
• Work cross‑functionally to influence product content health metrics and maintain an up‑to‑date content library.
• Manage complex projects, create winning product content for internal and external audiences, and drive brand engagement across multimedia platforms.
• Ensure all marketing content aligns with 3M brand identity and integrates with demand generation and UX initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, verified before start date.
• At least seven (7) years of combined experience in product content, B2B product launches, or related marketing functions.
