Global Expenses Specialist

About the role

ClickHouse is building a dedicated Travel & Expense (T&E) function to support rapid growth. The Global Expenses Specialist will own end‑to‑end expense processes, ensure compliance, and improve employee experience worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle expense audit and maintain a SOX‑ready control environment.
• Enforce a single global T&E policy, including EOR employees, to reduce tax and audit risk.
• Administer and optimise the ClickHouse expense tool, corporate card program and integrations with HRIS and ERP systems.
• Accelerate international reimbursement cycles from ~30 days to ~7 days through automation and clear SLAs.
• Build spend dashboards, KPI tracking and executive reporting from scratch.
• Deliver role‑based training, champion a global T&E network and manage change adoption using ADKAR or similar frameworks.

Required profile

• 4+ years in travel & expense, accounts payable or finance operations, preferably in a high‑growth cloud software company.
• Hands‑on ownership of Expensify, Ramp (or comparable card/expense platform) and NetSuite integrations.
• Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit readiness for expense and card programs.
• Experience designing global policies for multi‑entity, multi‑employment‑type workforces.
• Proven ability to build reporting and KPI visibility from the ground up.
• Track record of running training and change‑management initiatives.
