Global CT Training Manager – Cleveland

About the role

This role enables a culture of continuous learning across the CT sales organization, shaping how CT knowledge, skills and best practices are developed, delivered and sustained. You will own the CT learning strategy, training calendar and delivery framework to ensure CT Specialists are equipped as product, clinical and commercial experts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CT learning ecosystem, including competency model, curriculum architecture and governance.
• Maintain the CT training calendar, aligning onboarding, certification, product launches and ongoing capability development with business priorities.
• Partner with Downstream Marketing and Sales leaders to identify field capability gaps and design integrated learning plans.
• Deliver training through virtual, in‑person and self‑directed formats, managing platforms, scheduling, facilitation, assessments and records.
• Transform approved CT source content into engaging learning experiences using instructional design and adult‑learning principles.
• Lead training readiness for new product launches and extend CT knowledge to broader sales audiences.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in training, CT or sales, with a track record of leading learning programs from strategy to execution.
• Strong understanding of CT products, clinical and commercial workflows, and the learning needs of CT Specialists and general sales audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or instructional‑design/project‑management certification preferred.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally, manage complex calendars and convert technical material into practical learning experiences.
