About the role
The Global Corporate Controller will act as a key finance leader and strategic partner to the CFO within a leading global manufacturing organization. This senior position oversees worldwide accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global accounting and financial reporting functions.
- Oversee U.S. GAAP compliance, audits, and internal controls.
- Manage lender and stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
- Standardize processes and reporting across international operations.
- Develop and lead a high‑performing global accounting team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
- Prior corporate controller leadership experience.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Experience in multinational manufacturing environments preferred.
