GIS Integration Lead (ADMS) – Manager

About the role

As a GIS Integration Lead (ADMS) – Manager, you will guide clients in adopting Esri’s ArcGIS suite to analyze, manage and visualise geographic data across sectors such as urban planning, environmental management and transportation. You will also lead a team, coaching members to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet client objectives and drive firm success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of GIS applications, focusing on Esri’s software suite to enhance client operations.
• Analyse client needs and design tailored GIS‑based software solutions.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and completion to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths for quality delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure collective ownership of project quality and timelines.
• Apply GIS architecture and conversion expertise to support urban planning, environmental and transportation projects.
• Promote innovation and embrace change to improve service delivery.
• Address conflicts and conduct critical conversations with clients and stakeholders.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for an MBA or PhD in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geophysics, Information Technology or Management Information Systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS suite.
• Experience in GIS integration and architecture.
• Knowledge of GIS conversion processes.
• Ability to develop GIS‑based solutions for urban planning, environmental management and transportation.
