GI Specialty Sales Representative – Pharma (Macon, GA)

About the role

At Nestlé Health Science, the GI Specialty Sales Representative (Pharma) will drive sales of the GI therapeutic portfolio within the Macon, GA territory, building relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Focus on driving growth among GI/Critical Care target specialists and new accounts.
• Educate healthcare providers on the benefits of novel GI therapy.
• Develop and communicate deep scientific understanding of GI disorders and competitive products.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with key accounts and opinion leaders.
• Develop and implement a territory‑specific business plan.
• Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to stakeholders.
• Execute a customer‑centric, needs‑based selling approach.
• Utilize sales reporting systems for call preparation and market intelligence.
• Organize meetings and deliver content on GI and nutrition topics.
• Conduct promotional programs for professional and patient audiences.
• Attend local, regional and national meetings as directed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of medical/clinical selling experience with demonstrated success (or 5+ years pharma/medical sales with high school diploma).
• Consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
• Ability to build solid, long‑standing business relationships.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
