General Technician – Production

Key responsibilities

• Work in a high‑speed manufacturing environment, troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality, maintenance and housekeeping checks, recording results in computer systems.
• Analyze process data to guide equipment maintenance and process‑improvement activities.
• Support Lean‑based improvement initiatives, including root‑cause analysis and process mapping.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (industrial experience preferred).
• Ability to stand, bend, twist continuously and lift up to 50 lb.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; teamwork orientation.
• Knowledge of safety policies such as lock‑out/tag‑out and confined‑space entry.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
