General Manager, New Verticals

About the role

Prosper Health is seeking a General Manager to launch and scale a brand‑new line of healthcare services for autistic and neurodivergent adults. You will join the team at the earliest stage, shaping the business model, regulatory approach, and growth strategy before taking full ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the business strategy for the new vertical, including market entry, operational design, and financial performance.
• Partner with Clinical Leadership, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Compliance and Operations to build the end‑to‑end service delivery model.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead cross‑functional teams of clinicians, product managers, and support staff.
• Ensure clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and optimal staffing models.
• Monitor key performance indicators, drive continuous improvement, and report results to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling healthcare or related service businesses from 0 to 1.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent ownership mindset and ability to drive outcomes end‑to‑end.

Required skills

• Experience with healthcare operations, regulatory frameworks, and reimbursement models.
• Ability to conduct complex market and financial analyses.
• Leadership skills to build and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
