About the role
We are looking for a motivated General Construction Appointment Setter to connect with new clients, schedule inspection appointments, and promote our top‑rated remodeling products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective homeowners and set inspection appointments.
- Promote Home Genius Exteriors’ products and services during face‑to‑face presentations.
- Engage customers and answer questions about remodeling solutions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve sales and product knowledge.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years or older; no prior experience or education required.
- Strong communication and people skills with confidence and motivation to grow.
- Flexible schedule: weekdays 11 am–7 pm and four weekend days per month.
What we offer
- Base pay $17.25–$22 per hour (potential $25–$35+ with bonuses).
- Annual earnings potential $65 k–$135 k+ with no cap.
