About the role

Infosys Topaz is seeking a GenAI Solution Engineer to lead data‑science projects that deliver generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. Based in Rockville, MD, you will work with cutting‑edge AI technologies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and produce status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate resource gaps or constraints that could affect delivery timelines.
• Coordinate analytical teams and client representatives, organizing regular meetings and managing project phases.
• Support technology enablement by configuring tools, validating data pipelines, and assisting with solution integration.
• Review deliverables across development, testing, and support phases to ensure quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data‑science or AI‑focused projects.
• Strong ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing project documentation and meetings.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
