GenAI & Agentic AI Consultant

About the role

Infosys' Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking a GenAI & Agentic AI Consultant to lead data‑science projects for banking and financial services clients in Dallas, Texas. The role combines deep expertise in generative AI with strong project leadership to deliver risk‑assessment and scoring solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, produce reports on progress, challenges and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with mid‑level and senior client stakeholders, providing regular updates.
• Facilitate end‑to‑end delivery and implementation of analytics projects, shaping business and technical requirements, guiding teams and ensuring scalable, stable solutions.
• Identify potential risks early, develop and execute mitigation strategies.
• Develop project estimates, manage change requests and track estimates versus actuals.
• Allocate and manage project resources—including personnel, technology and budget—to maximize efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics or data‑science projects for banking or financial services.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated risk‑management and project‑governance capabilities.

• Python programming.
