GEN AI Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Infosys is looking for a GEN AI Full Stack Engineer to join its SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources, Energy) unit in Raleigh, NC. You will work on cutting‑edge generative AI solutions that help clients in the services, utilities and energy sectors accelerate digital transformation and achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, test and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories and implement changes.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Comfort translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
