Future Talent Co‑op – Social Impact Sustainability

About the role

The Future Talent Program offers a 6‑month co‑op in the Global Support Functions department, focusing on sustainability, ESG, and health equity initiatives. You will work under the Director of Sustainability Strategy & Engagement, contributing to strategy, transparency and disclosure.

Key responsibilities

• Advance the multiyear sustainability strategy and integrate sustainability into global operations.
• Support research, data gathering and analysis related to global health equity and access to care.
• Assist in preparing sustainability dashboards, presentations and disclosure materials.
• Participate in cross‑functional work sessions and stakeholder engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; must be enrolled in a graduate program.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with corporate sustainability or ESG concepts.
• Understanding of global public health concepts, health equity and social determinants of health.
• Ability to synthesize research and data into clear insights.
