Fundamental Equities COO Office Summer Internship

About the role

Join Invesco’s Fundamental Equities COO Office for a 9‑week summer internship starting June 2027. You will work alongside the team that supports a $310 bn AUM platform, gaining exposure to operations, technology, strategy and more within a global investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Support operations and governance by identifying solutions to operational challenges and assisting with meeting preparation and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the Technology and AI team, using Copilot and other tools to explore and test new automation opportunities.
• Conduct research, benchmarking and analysis that feed the IFE strategy and broader firm initiatives.
• Assist with product commercialization, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, graduating 2028 or later.
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in investment operations and finance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States for the internship period.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Copilot or similar AI‑assisted productivity tools.
