Full‑Time Porter – Restaurant Associates

About the role

The Porter ensures the front‑of‑house area remains clean, sanitary, and ready for service in a high‑end restaurant environment. You will work closely with the service team to support smooth operations during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Bus, clear, and clean tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.
• Transport dishes, utensils, and equipment safely between the dining area and kitchen using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, pots, and cooking equipment by hand or using a commercial dishwasher.
• Scrape and rinse food residues, load and unload dishwashing machines, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Keep display and service equipment free of debris and in good working order.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a porter or receiver in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Availability to work full‑time, Monday through Sunday, with variable hours.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
