About the role

The Daily Grace Co. is looking for a full‑time Podcast Host to lead the voice, execution, and growth of its podcast and video platforms. You will be the on‑air personality, create engaging biblical conversations, and ensure a steady flow of high‑quality content for listeners and viewers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary host or co‑host for The Daily Grace Co. podcast and appear on‑camera for YouTube videos.
• Develop and execute a podcast strategy that drives audience growth and brand awareness.
• Research episode topics, prepare interview outlines, and conduct biblically grounded conversations with guests.
• Manage the production calendar, guest outreach, contracts, recording logistics, and post‑production assets.
• Write episode titles, descriptions, show notes, and coordinate with editors, designers, and marketing teams for timely publication.
• Analyze performance metrics, monitor listener feedback, and collaborate on promotional campaigns.
• Align podcast content with company initiatives, product launches, and overall business goals.

Required profile
