About the role
Atlanta Technical College seeks a full‑time Instructor and Clinical Coordinator for its Radiologic Technology program. The role blends classroom teaching, curriculum development, and oversight of clinical training at affiliated sites.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver radiologic technology courses using face‑to‑face, online, or hybrid formats.
- Coordinate and evaluate clinical experiences, including site visits, competency verification, and compliance review of health records.
- Assess student performance, grade coursework, maintain records, and provide academic advising.
- Maintain program accreditation standards, documentation, and equipment supplies.
Required profile
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with a Bachelor’s degree in education or a health‑related field.
- Current ARRT certification and at least one year of diagnostic radiography experience.
- Registered Radiographer status; preferred three or more years of diagnostic radiography experience.
Required skills
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology.
- Diagnostic radiography, MRI, and mammography proficiency.
- Knowledge of JRCERT accreditation processes.
- Use of learning management systems and standard office computer software.
- Accurate record‑keeping and documentation skills.
