Full‑time Butcher – Day or Evening Shift

About the role

Our client near Boston, East Midlands is seeking experienced butchers for permanent, full‑time positions. The role can be based on a day shift (7:00‑15:30) or an afternoon/evening shift (13:30‑22:00) and offers a stable 40‑hour week across five days.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare portion cuts of beef, pork, lamb and poultry according to client specifications.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and product quality throughout the butchery process.
• Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of meat products.
• Collaborate with the retail team to manage stock levels and product presentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a butchery or a food environment with strong knife handling abilities.
• Ability to work both day and evening shifts as required.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations.
