Full‑Stack Software Engineer (Contract)

About the role

CoinFlip is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to develop and maintain both backend services and frontend applications that support customer onboarding, transaction management, compliance workflows, and internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features across frontend applications and backend services.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs for onboarding, authentication, transaction lifecycles, and operational workflows.
• Build and enhance front‑end experiences in customer‑facing and internal web applications.
• Integrate third‑party services and external providers while ensuring security, performance, and observability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer working across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, ownership‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or other regulated industries is a plus.

Required skills

• Golang and/or Java for backend services.
• Node.js and TypeScript (v5) for wallet functionality.
• Next.js, React, and TypeScript for frontend development.
• RESTful API design, SQL, PostgreSQL.
• AWS environment, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm.
• Monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana.
• OAuth 2.0 authentication flows.
