Full-Time Store Supervisor – Orland Park Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Store Supervisor for its Orland Park Mall location in Chicago. The role is a core part of the store management team, responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop store associates to achieve individual and team goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, visual standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that delivers outstanding customer service.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb., moving merchandise, and using ladders as needed.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Reliability – must have dependable transportation and be at least 18 years old.
• Consistently meets or exceeds store sales and performance targets.
• Willingness to perform physical duties, including kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
