Full-Time Store Supervisor – Arden Fair Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to lead the Arden Fair Mall location in Sacramento. You will be a key member of the store management team, driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop associate teams through effective leadership.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Adhere to all Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, move around the store, kneel, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
