Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist – $25K Sign‑On Bonus & Relocation

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) to join the Therapy Services Team at Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, Arizona. The position provides comprehensive speech and language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting, supporting adult and geriatric patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop individualized plans of care with functional goals and deliver therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure accurate billing and compliance with KHI, state board, and Medicare regulations.
• Provide patient and family education, adhere to infection control protocols, and participate in staff meetings and continuing education.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Speech & Language Pathology (or foreign equivalent).
• Current Arizona license for Speech & Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (or eligibility) and BLS/AED certification.
• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
