Full-Time RN – ER/CDU Mid-Shift with $15K Sign‑on & Relocation

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room/Clinical Decision Unit (ER/CDU) on a mid‑shift schedule. The position includes a $15,000 sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance, and the RN will work under physician direction to deliver compassionate, high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, collect health data, and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide evidence‑based interventions to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and reduce readmissions.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Evaluate patient outcomes, revise care plans based on reassessment, and document all nursing activities.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and contribute to unit quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license (or compact state license) and BLS certification.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience for full‑time weekend, evening, or night shifts.
• One year of experience in an acute care setting such as Med‑Surg, ICU, or ED.

• Basic ECG/EKG competency.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
