Full-Time RN – ER Nights Seasonal – $65/hr

About the role

The Emergency Room (ER) Night Seasonal RN provides direct patient care during night shifts on a full‑time, seasonal basis at a rate of $65 per hour. Working under the direction of physicians and in compliance with the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act, the RN delivers compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care using the nursing process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop diagnoses, implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Provide evidence‑based interventions to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and reduce readmissions.
• Maintain standard precautions, handle contaminated materials safely, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist with orientation of new staff as needed.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; current Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
• Current BLS certification; unit‑specific certifications such as Basic EKG, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, and ESI training within required time frames.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience for full‑time night/weekend shifts; at least one year in relevant clinical areas (e.g., Med‑Surg, Pediatrics, ICU).

Required skills
