Full-Time Retail Supervisor – Carolina Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi’s® is looking for a full‑time Retail Supervisor to join the team at Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC. In this role you will help create an energetic store environment, drive sales, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting the store’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with company policies.
• Oversee cash handling, merchandise operations, shipment processing, floor set, markdowns and replenishment.
• Partner with the Store Manager on staffing, performance feedback and talent development.
• Conduct training for new hires on brand culture, product knowledge, loss‑prevention and store procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Levi’s® store policies and visual standards.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of supervising, coaching and training teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
