Revere Health is seeking a dedicated Physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation to join its Spine Rehab practice in St George. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality patient care while supporting the organization’s value‑based care mission.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans in the spine rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, evidence‑based care.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited school with completed residency and fellowship in PM&R or a related specialty.
• Board certification or eligibility in the relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with demonstrated leadership qualities.
