Full-Time Physical Therapist – St. George

About the role

At Revere Health, a national leader in value‑based care, we are seeking a full‑time Physical Therapist to join our Spine Rehab team in St. George, Utah. The therapist will create and deliver personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans that help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Identify patient goals and develop individualized care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Design fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Provide evidence‑based interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Motivate patients throughout treatment to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and document patient progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Utah Physical Therapy licensure (or temporary license for new graduates awaiting exam results).
• Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of current physical therapy treatment practices.
• Ability to develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient response.
• Hand therapy experience (desired but not required).
