About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse for night shifts on a medical‑surgical unit. The position offers a $15,000 sign‑on bonus and expects the RN to deliver compassionate, high‑quality patient care in accordance with the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act.

Key responsibilities

Provide evidence‑based nursing care to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and reduce readmissions.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.

Required profile

Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma and a current Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
Minimum five years of nursing experience, including at least one year in acute care or med‑surg settings.
Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS certifications required within specified timeframes.

Required skills

Basic EKG competency.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
Basic Life Support (BLS).
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and de‑escalation techniques.
