Full-Time Nanny & House Manager – San Mateo

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Nanny and House Manager to support a busy executive family of five in San Mateo. The role blends daily childcare for three young children with household management, scheduling, and occasional travel support.

Key responsibilities

• Morning and afternoon school drop‑offs/pick‑ups, transportation to activities, and medical appointments.
• Daily childcare supervision, meal preparation, backpack and snack organization.
• Maintain household organization: light tidying, resetting rooms, coordinating cleaners, and managing supplies.
• Handle inventory, grocery orders, and vendor returns using online platforms.
• Manage family calendar, coordinate with parents’ executive assistant, and oversee travel logistics.

Required profile

• Calm, proactive, and able to anticipate household needs without constant direction.
• Comfortable working around a newborn, preschool‑age children, and a large, energetic dog.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 30 lb.
• Certified in Pediatric CPR and First Aid, and up‑to‑date on required vaccinations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Calendar.
• Experience using online shopping platforms like Amazon.
• Familiarity with grocery delivery services such as Instacart.
