Full-Time Merchandise Supervisor – Cherry Creek

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Merchandise Supervisor for its Cherry Creek store in Denver. You will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure a welcoming environment and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Uphold all Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop team members.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding store sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal right to work in the U.S.; must be 18 years or older.
