Full-Time House Manager & Family Assistant

About the role

We are a busy family of five relocating to the St. Louis area and need a trusted partner to keep our household running smoothly. The role blends household management, child logistics, and kosher meal preparation, with flexible hours that shift around school schedules, activities, and occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate school pickups, drop‑offs, and transportation to extracurricular activities for three children across different schools.
• Prepare simple, kosher‑compliant family dinners, pack lunches, and maintain kitchen organization.
• Manage family laundry, daily resets, and general household upkeep (dishwasher, vacuuming, surface cleaning).
• Oversee family calendars, vendor coordination, vehicle maintenance, and occasional travel planning.
• Shop for groceries, track household inventory, run errands, and handle deliveries and mail.

Required profile

• Experienced and mature, preferably with background in childcare, education, or household management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple schedules and logistics.
• Safe, confident driver with a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
• Warm but firm with children, able to support homework and after‑school routines.
• Flexible, communicative, and able to adapt to changing weekly schedules.
• Professional, discreet, and respectful of family privacy.
• Capable of preparing simple, healthy meals and following kosher guidelines.
• Reliable and consistent with strong follow‑through.
