Full-Time Grill Cook – Durham, NC

About the role

Eurest is seeking an experienced grill cook to join its foodservice team at the BCBSNC campus in Durham, NC. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, early‑morning shift, focused on preparing high‑quality grilled items for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Take and fulfill customer orders quickly at the grill station.
• Prepare and plate items using approved recipes and portion standards.
• Maintain proper food temperatures, presentation, and taste.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations.
• Store and rotate ingredients following food‑safety and sanitation procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain grill equipment and work areas.
• Record service details and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Demonstrated mastery of grill cooking techniques.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, speed, and food quality.
• Ability to work the specified shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm).
• Commitment to following safety and sanitation standards.
