Full-Time Grill Cook – Albany, NY

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Grill Cook to join our busy kitchen in Albany, NY. This full‑time position works Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and offers the chance to be part of a well‑established hospitality company.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders and prepare grill items quickly and accurately.
• Maintain food at proper temperatures and ensure presentation meets standards.
• Use approved recipes and portion controls to deliver consistent quality.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods following proper wrapping, dating, rotation, and safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize the grill station and related equipment throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous experience cooking on a grill is preferred.
• Ability to work the specified schedule (Monday‑Friday, 7 AM‑3 PM).
• Strong attention to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Friendly, efficient service orientation when interacting with customers.
