About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a full‑time Forklift Operator for its Farmington, MN service center. You will work night and early‑morning shifts, moving freight safely in and out of 53‑foot trailers on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload various types of freight.
- Handle freight safely while navigating enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long.
- Read manifests and interact with computer displays to verify shipments.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
- Dependable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior forklift experience, preferably in a high‑volume setting.
- Some experience with less‑than‑truckload (LTL) operations is preferred.
