Full-Time ER/CDU RN – 2p-2a Shift with $25K Sign-On & Relocation Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to work in the Emergency Room/Clinical Decision Unit (ER/CDU) on a 2-person, 2-a-day shift schedule. The RN will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care under the direction of physicians and in compliance with the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collect health data from patients, families, and care teams.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on identified diagnoses and patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to prevent healthcare-acquired conditions and reduce readmissions.
• Maintain standard precautions and handle contaminated materials safely.
• Coordinate patient care, ensure quality, and contribute to patient satisfaction.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
• Minimum one year of acute care experience; five years preferred for weekend/evening/night shifts.
• Basic EKG competency within 30-90 days of hire (depending on unit).
• Current BLS certification.
