Full-Time CRNA Position with $45K Sign-On Bonus

About the role

This full‑time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position provides anesthesia care for surgical, obstetrical and other pain‑producing procedures under physician supervision. The role works within a collaborative team that includes residents, fellows, attendings and other staff.

Key responsibilities

• Document patient procedures and incidents accurately.
• Assess patients before, during and after anesthesia administration.
• Ensure patient safety by following accepted anesthesia techniques.
• Serve as liaison among surgeons, anesthesiologists, co‑workers, patients and families.
• Participate in department quality‑assurance initiatives and professional development activities.
• Adapt communication and behavior to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Perform other related duties as required and stay current with relevant laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an AANA‑accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of practice.
• Certification through the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and on‑call.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑style computer applications.
• Data‑entry and retrieval skills for patient information systems.
