Full-Time CDL Delivery Driver

About the role

The company is seeking a full-time CDL Delivery Driver to provide reliable, on‑time delivery of merchandise while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves planning routes, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring compliance with safety and DOT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers, answer questions, and assist with product selection and loading.
• Plan daily delivery routes, print loading tickets, and load trucks within payload limits.
• Inspect product condition before delivery and verify invoice quantities.
• Update delivery status on mobile devices and complete DOT reporting.
• Unload, install, and test appliances at customer locations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and keep equipment clean.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following housekeeping and safety standards.
• Detect and report shoplifting or security concerns to management.

Required profile

• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) as required by the operating unit.
• Ability to follow Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and complete required reporting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Physical capability to lift, load, and unload merchandise safely.
• Basic proficiency with mobile devices for route and delivery tracking.
