Full-Time Academic Pediatric ENT Otolaryngologist

About the role

Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and LSU Health Sciences Center are seeking a fellowship‑trained physician in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology to join a thriving academic practice. This full‑time, tenure‑track position (Assistant, Associate or Professor) offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work in a Level 1 trauma and tertiary‑care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT care for children, managing a full spectrum of pediatric ENT pathology.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical and surgical settings.
• Conduct clinical and translational research with support from the institution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Required profile

• Board‑certified/Board‑eligible in Otolaryngology‑Head & Neck Surgery.
• Completed fellowship in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology.
• Demonstrated excellence in patient care, education, and research.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Expertise in complex pediatric otolaryngology surgical techniques.
