About the role

Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and LSU Health Sciences Center are seeking a board‑certified/board‑eligible Neuroradiologist for a full‑time academic position. The role combines clinical patient care, teaching of residents and medical students, and protected time for research.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care as a Neuroradiology specialist.
  • Teach and mentor radiology residents and medical students.
  • Engage in clinical and/or laboratory research with protected time.

Required profile

  • Medical degree (or foreign equivalent) and BC/BE Neuroradiology certification.
  • Completion of a Body Radiology Fellowship (preferred).

Required skills

  • Expertise in neuroradiology imaging interpretation.
  • Ability to educate residents and medical students.
