Full Stack Web Developer

About the role

The National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications for the organization and its related entities. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and contribute to data pipelines, analytics tools, and dashboards that drive actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, data modeling, security, workflow automation).
• Ship UI and API features using Vue.js, React Native, Node.js (TypeScript preferred).
• Build reusable code libraries and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues as they arise.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing and maintaining web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or completion of a reputable coding bootcamp.
• Experience with Java or familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
