Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails & React)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing eLearning compliance platform as a Full‑Stack Engineer. You will work directly with the client’s product team, building modern web applications that empower organizations to deliver engaging, AI‑enhanced training.

Key responsibilities

• Own features from concept to production, making architectural trade‑offs across frontend and backend.
• Design, implement, and maintain high‑performance RESTful APIs and data models.
• Develop polished, accessible React interfaces with a focus on UI/UX and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate AI‑powered components such as personalized learning paths and intelligent compliance tools.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate delivery.

Required profile

• 7+ years building customer‑facing web applications with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong experience in React and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
• Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs and work with relational databases.
• Experience owning projects end‑to‑end, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Commitment to responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with observability tooling (logging, monitoring, alerting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and willingness to work US‑timezone hours.
