Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Hotplate is building the core platform that enables chefs and bakers to run food businesses without a traditional brick‑and‑mortar. As a Full Stack Engineer you will create end‑to‑end features that directly impact thousands of food entrepreneurs, from scalable infrastructure for high‑volume drops to chef‑facing management tools and consumer‑facing storefronts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features from concept to production.
• Build scalable systems and infrastructure to support ticket‑style food drops.
• Create chef‑facing dashboards that help users manage and grow their businesses.
• Develop consumer‑facing storefronts and purchasing experiences.
• Maintain and improve the overall architecture using modern web technologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product‑focused full‑stack engineering experience.
• Comfortable working end‑to‑end on features, from ideation to independent delivery.
• Experience in early‑stage or mid‑stage startups, taking projects from 0 to 1.
• Strong eye for clean, intuitive UX and high‑quality code.
