Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join an international eLearning compliance platform based in California. You will work directly with the client’s product team, building and scaling both frontend and backend features.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature development, from technical design to production deployment.
• Design, implement and maintain RESTful APIs, data models and backend services.
• Build polished, accessible React front‑ends with a focus on UI/UX and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate AI‑powered capabilities such as personalized learning and intelligent compliance tools.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code and cloud resources (AWS preferred).
• Ensure observability through logging, monitoring and alerting.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience building customer‑facing web applications.
• Strong background with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Proven ability to design and deliver reliable, performant APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms.
• Comfort working in US time‑zone hours and communicating fluently in English.
