Full Stack Engineer (Foundry)

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web‑based applications that power autonomous maritime platforms. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance software that supports internal stakeholders and defense‑related initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for both front‑end and back‑end components.
• Design responsive, scalable user interfaces that meet the needs of internal users.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
• Optimize performance, security, and reliability through testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer working with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with server‑side development using Node.js.
• Familiarity with relational database systems.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
