Full Stack Developer – React/NextJS & NestJS

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test and document sophisticated web and mobile applications. The role involves creating both front‑end interfaces and back‑end services, collaborating on architecture decisions, and ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design, code, debug and document web and mobile web interfaces using TypeScript/JavaScript, React, NextJS and NestJS.
• Implement and maintain middleware communication (MQ, HTTP/REST) and produce service responses in JSON or XML.
• Write unit tests and end‑to‑end tests for UI/JavaScript components.
• Participate in code reviews and provide guidance on architecture and development practices.
• Analyze system specifications, create project estimates and support deployment with data‑center and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance with IT, security, audit and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with IT managers and delivery teams to drive efficiencies and align initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members, contributing to succession planning.
• Travel moderately overnight (up to 35%) as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least four years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of full‑stack development experience, including JavaScript‑based front‑end and back‑end work.
• Proven ability to produce modular, well‑architected code and conduct a work‑sample coding assessment.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% overnight.
