Frontend Software Engineer (Senior)

About the role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Serval, you will help shape the future of an AI‑native automation platform. You will build foundational product capabilities from the ground up and ensure an outstanding user experience for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the CTO to design and implement new product features.
• Champion user experience by translating deep user insights into design decisions.
• Define foundational system architecture and select core technologies for the codebase.
• Ship the first version of Serval and execute the technical and product roadmap.
• Establish engineering best practices and standards across the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a frontend‑focused software engineer.
• Proven track record of zero‑to‑one development—building new products or systems from scratch.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑growing startup environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
